1.3.1. I acknowledge that one answer is provided per question or selfie photo (if applicable). No follow-up clarification is included unless extended by RosesAreDark out of goodwill. Otherwise, I understand that an additional purchase is required for further queries and I will not expect or demand extra elaboration.

1.4. Absent

1.4.1. I accept that if I am absent when it is my turn, my question(s), answer(s), and payment will be forfeited. Rescheduling or re-queueing, if any, is entirely at RosesAreDark’s discretion.

5.3.1. I confirm that my full property address and personal information are correct and form the primary reference for energy work.

I understand that if incorrect information is submitted (accidentally or as a test), no redo or refund will be offered, and the service will be deemed fully rendered.

5.3.2.1. I confirm that the uploaded floor plan is from official sources or professional designers with accurate scaling. Self-created floor plans are not accepted.
